As part of the project "Strengthening Women's Competencies – Design Your Own Path!", educational workshops were held in Zavidovići with the aim of empowering women by equipping them with practical skills and tools necessary for more active participation in the labor market. The workshops took place at the premises of the Second Primary School Zavidovići, whose leadership provided full support through facilities, logistics, and the involvement of teaching staff.
During the workshops, participants had the opportunity to learn how to structure and write a high-quality project proposal, develop and refine their business ideas, and improve their presentation and public speaking skills. Through hands-on activities and mentoring support, the women gained knowledge that will assist them in applying for public calls and developing their own initiatives.
A particularly valuable aspect of the project is that mentoring support does not end with the completion of the workshops – it continues beyond the formal part of the training, recognizing that capacity building requires continuous effort and an individualized approach.
